An Antique Silver Sidesaddle Slipper Stirrup
A piece of "Plateria criolla", silver work from South America. A small slipper shaped stirrup, for use by a girl or a small woman riding side-saddle. This stirrup has cast floral decoration on the arch and a cast lion's head on its rounded toe. The footplate is stamped "E.J.G"
