Patent Beagling Whip with Clip

This short whip has a brass clip for a handle.
This would be used to hold hounds' leashes or leads - it does not open very wide so could only hold a slim strap or link.
The clip is not spring loaded.
It is stamped on one side "Patent", it may have been made by Blackwells but there are no further stamps.
It has a braided linen or hemp collar.
There are a few dents in the collar
The short stock or shaft is red-brown coloured malacca cane.
It has its original leather keeper or loop at its end..

Shipping

I will charge actual shipping costs (usually Special Delivery with insurance), with no additional handling fees. I have quoted the cost for the UK - please email me for other destinations. I am happy to combine shipping costs if more than one item is bought.

Refunds

I am quite happy to refund payment (minus shipping costs) if you are not happy with an item for any reason & contact me (promptly please) & return it. If I've described it inaccurately, I'll refund the shipping cost as well. If there has been damage in transit, please keep the item and the packaging until we have sorted out the insurance.
