1936 Child's Hunting Whip by Swaine & Adeney
This small whip has a good staghorn handle It has a silver collar hallmarked London 1935 & engraved 1936.
The stock or shaft is covered in mahogany coloured braided leather, there are no defects in the leather. There is the original stitched keeper, the binding which holds this on is in perfect condition, there are some surface scuffs near the top of the keeper, they do not affect its use (see images). There is a complete finely braided thong with a loop at the end for attachment of the lash.
